And we love serving food out of a food truck. Food from a food truck is a bit different than a restaurant and that is just how we like it.
First, WE MOVE. We are often downtown Minneapolis over the lunch hour serving to the hungry workers. Weekends you will most likely find us at a brewery or large food truck event. Second, our food is designed to be eaten on the move, though it does go perfectly sitting down with a Minnesota brew at the breweries. Your empanadas come out of our window in a recyclable/compostable paper boat, with a side of fresh made corn tortilla chips, a slice of lime and room to add our homemade salsas – no fork or knife needed!
Every single one of our empanadas are all rolled by hand on the truck everyday. Our goal is to quickly serve you tasty, homemade empanadas all while making you our friend & a long time empanada fan – because lastly & most importantly the best part of being a food truck serving great food & meeting different people each day.
